These terms apply to the use of Sonar, offered by LEGAL ENTITY NAME, Chamber of Commerce CHAMBER OF COMMERCE NUMBER, REGISTERED ADDRESS, contact CONTACT ADDRESS.
1. The service
Sonar is a CRM with a map, e-mail, calendar and integrations, delivered as an online service. Which modules your workspace has depends on your subscription. Description of plans and prices, or a reference to them.
2. Your account and your workspace
- Every user has their own account with two-factor authentication. Do not share sign-in details.
- The owner of a workspace manages members and roles and accepts the data processing agreement on behalf of the organisation.
- Acceptable use and what is not allowed, to be completed by the lawyer.
3. Data
- The data in your workspace remains your organisation's. We process it under the data processing agreement.
- The owner can make a full export of the workspace at any time.
4. Availability and support
Availability, maintenance and support, to be completed by the platform operator and the lawyer.
5. Payment
Invoicing, payment term and consequences of arrears, to be completed together with S4.
6. Cancelling and ending
- The owner can cancel the workspace in the app. It then stays read-only for 30 days, so you can make an export.
- After that we delete the workspace and the owners receive a deletion certificate.
- Notice period and other grounds for ending, to be completed by the lawyer.
7. Liability
Liability and its limitations, to be completed by the lawyer.
8. Changes and governing law
- How changes to these terms are announced.
- Governing law and competent court, to be completed by the lawyer.
